There is also my parents room, two more bedrooms upstairs and a finished basement. Grandma is staying the the room down there.

Love your new room, Ryland. It looks so soothing — just like your first room back in SLO. I’m pretty impressed by all the pianos!! Makes me think I should start taking lessons. May I borrow one of your pianos?
